We have five plating tanks handling jobs up to 4.5 metres in length.

The Hard Chrome plating process involves the following:
Existing chrome or other surface treatments are stripped back to bare metal.
If there is surface rust present, this is linished out.
Any defects or damage is repaired ensuring the piece or part is sound.
Polishing is performed ready for the electroplating process.
The piece or part is wired up on jigs.
Chrome is applied to specification.
You will save money by cutting downtime and equipment replacement costs.
Longer tool or part life can be achieved by ensuring they are harder and less prone to the effects of friction.
